The Hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly staff.The room was very large and bright with balcony.The checkout was fast and efficient which is good when you're in a hurry to catch a train.

The location was a bit odd since the hotel is a converted apartment block and in a housing estate,but not a problem.

This budget hotel was perfect for my Christmas stay. the spacious room was equipped with an excellent, free Wi-Fi connection and a powerful hairdryer, which I wasn't expecting for the price. the location was also great, as it was within walking distance of the Christmas market and easy access to public transportation. the friendly staff was an added bonus, always ready to help with any request or question.

The main problem with this hotel is locating it. The frontage to Gerichtstrasse still shows the former name, "Hotel Garni", with a small sign with the current name on the reverse frontage. We spent a considerable amount of time, at the end of a tiring day, driving round looking for the hotel. The main reason for choosing the hotel was the availability of parking. It was indeed available, but not secure, so we paid to park in a nearby secure underground car park.

The hotel is over-paid for what it is. It has no charm, it is only functional and you could get a better deal for a much more cosy and luxury room. HOwever, the room was clean, breakfast o.k.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff were friendly and competent. The room was very clean and spacious with modern furnishings. The location is close enough to the city center and near transportation, making it easy to explore this city.

The prices are very affordable, especially considering the amenities provided, such as the nice balcony in some of the rooms. The location is also a plus, as it is conveniently located near the city center and even next to a police station. The staff is attentive and provides good service, making sure all your needs are met. The basic amenities in the rooms are sufficient for a comfortable stay.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was great.
